COMPLETING OFFERS AND SURVEYS
Offers and surveys are usually from third parties. In the case we have an offer, we’ll take full responsibility for it. This means that we’ll be responsible to ensure that you get what you’ve signed up for. But in the case where you complete third-party offers and surveys when you do so, you acknowledge that you are aware that those offers are not managed by us, which means we are not responsible for it. Be it ensuring that you get whatever you’ve signed up for. Our job is to offer a platform where users can earn. When you complete an offer or survey, our partners (third parties) let us know. This is usually done automatically. So if you indeed completed an offer, you should receive your reward. To ensure there are no chargebacks, you should complete surveys and offers honestly. TERMINATION
We love our members and would want everyone to be with us for years. But we must let you know that we do not like cheats. If we notice any fraudulent activity linked to your account, we’ll terminate it as soon as possible. Creating another account and doing the same thing would only result in an IP ban. This means no one in your household can ever access DollarCasher. In order to stop this from happening, just do the right thing.
FALSE INFORMATION
Companies pay us when you complete offers, but they can also reverse that payment, due to false information. This could be that you completed an offer with the wrong information or have knowingly decided to do so just to make more money. Well, that’s not cool. If they let us know that they’re noticing high invalid completion from your account, we’d have to inform you, and if you choose to continue with that behavior, then your account will be suspended until further notice or resolution.
USE OF VPN
Everyone knows that using a VPN to access an offer can only put their accounts at risk of termination. If you want to be our member for a very long time, please ensure you access DollarCasher without a VPN. If for any reason you’re not getting many offers or surveys in your country, we ask that you exercise patience, as we are always going to add new ways and offers so that you won’t lack them.
PAYMENT
When you request payment, your money should be sent, but if for any reason you didn’t receive it, please allow seven days—if it’s still not sent, send us an email at support@dollarcasher.com.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Every member has a referral link. With this link, you can earn more money. When people sign up using your link, whatever they make, you’ll get a percentage of that. When we get complaints about your referral link, we'll have no other choice but to ban you.
