Payout methods, how long withdrawals take, and what to check before you confirm.
You can cash out to PayPal, to a gift card, or by bank transfer. The methods available to you are shown on the Cash out page, since the list depends on where you are.
Open Cash out, choose a method, enter your payout details and confirm. Check the details carefully before you submit them. A payment sent to a wrong address or a wrong account cannot be pulled back, so it is worth a second look.
Yes. There is a minimum balance before you can withdraw, and the current figure is shown on the Cash out page. Keep completing activities until you reach it and the withdrawal option unlocks.
Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours of being requested. After that, how quickly the money arrives depends on the method you chose and on your provider.
DollarCasher does not charge you a fee to withdraw. If your own payment provider charges to receive money, that is between you and them.
Give it the full 48 hours first, and check the payout details you entered. If it still has not landed, email support with the date and the amount you requested and we will look it up.
