Updating your details

Your name, email and payout preferences can be changed from your account page at any time.

Changing your password

You can set a new password from your account page. If you cannot remember your current one, use the reset link on the sign-in screen and we will email you a way back in.

Keeping your account safe

• Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
• Never share your login or your payout details with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from DollarCasher. We will never ask you for your password.
• Only ever sign in at dollarcasher.com. If a link takes you somewhere else that looks like us, do not enter anything.

One account per person

DollarCasher is one account per person. Extra accounts made to claim the same offers twice can be closed, and balances on them can be removed, so it is not worth the risk.

Closing your account

Email us if you want your account closed. Cash out your balance first if you have reached the minimum, because a balance cannot be recovered once the account is gone.

Your personal information

What we collect and what you can ask us to remove is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you want a record of the data we hold about you, email support and ask for it.
